From this point on we will handle your claim smoothly through to completion, keeping you informed at every step of the way.

We have always believed and operated in the best interest of you, the consumer and insurance buyer. We believe that you have the right, and your insurance company has the obligation, to “indemnify” you for your loss; that is what the policy that they sold to you says. Beware if your claims adjuster tries to steer you to some lesser shop; the law in California says that you have the right to choose your repair shop and all of the better Insurance Companies will agree to your choice of SkillCraft with no argument. The truth is that we do not charge higher prices than lesser qualified shops (although a complete repair may cost more) and SkillCraft will give you a written warrantee good for as long as you own your car or truck.
