Thank you for your letter of July 12. In it you state that you try to return the vehicle "to as close to pre-accident condition as possible...." Let me assure you that is exactly what your crew did.

The rear end of my Mitsubishi Montero was a mess after I stupidly backed into a tree where I work. I was sick about because it is such a nice looking vehicle, and I try very hard to keep it in "mint" condition. When I came to pick it up, I was amazed, perhaps thrilled would be more accurate, to see what a fantastic job your men did.
The vehicle looked as though it had rolled off the assembly line; it looked brand new, and the new paint matches the rest of the vehicle EXACTLY.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the quality of the work your shop does. In addition, because the work took considerably longer than originally quoted, and because I do not have rental car coverage on my insurance policy, you folks very generously picked up the tab for a week's worth of car rental. Skill Craft gave what could have been a nightmare a very pleasant ending.

You can be sure if I ever need body work done again, or if I just want a paint job, Skill Craft is where I will come, and I will recommend you to anyone who needs body work done. I will also be sure the folks at AAA know what a great job you did.

Incidentally, Mark is to be commended for his help and keeping me informed about the job. He explained details of the work to be done very clearly, and he is very professional and polite. Your receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) is also very helpful and polite.

Thank you for an excellent job and making what I was afraid would be a very unpleasant affair more than endurable.
